Full Board is $875/month

• Geldings only

• 8 – 10 hours pasture turn-out (rain, snow, or shine) with run-in sheds.

• Hay Hut in the pasture always stocked with hay

• 12'x12', 12'x13' and 12'x15' box stalls

• 3/4" mats and Equine Pine/Nature’s Pellets for bedding

• Exterior windows to all stalls

• You supply your own feed

• Horses are fed twice daily; checked for soundness as they're led to pasture or to stall each feeding

• Unlimited evening hay includes Timothy & Timothy/Alfalfa

• Boarder's supplements given

• Fecal egg counts are done once a year

• Name-brand dewormers are administered as needed at no additional cost

• Fly prevention (Fly Predators released every 3 weeks during the fly season)

• Simplifly Feed-Through fly prevention included at no additional cost April – October

• Fly-sprayed before turnout upon request

• Stall fans in the summer

• Stalls cleaned daily

• Blanketing in the winter and fly masks and fly sheets in the Summer

• Night check includes additional hay and feed as needed

• Fresh water daily – 2 buckets per stall (one heated if below freezing)

• Clean water troughs in the pasture

• Notification to the Owner of any changes in the horse's behavior (disposition, water intake, output, etc.)

• Initial wound cleaning and care 

• Unlimited access to all amenities with no time constraints other than lessons

• Owners live on-site

• The property is three-rail fenced with electricity to contain any loose horse
